What Is ProFix?
ProFix is a 1-component, isocyanate-free sealant based on MS Hybrid Polymer with QT6 Technology. It is used for emergency waterproofing repairs, temporary leak repairs, roof penetrations, skylights, domes and complex roof detailing — particularly where immediate waterproofing is required and conditions are less than ideal.
Why Use ProFix?
When a leak appears, waiting for dry weather is not always an option. ProFix is designed for emergency waterproofing repairs where immediate action is required.
Whether you're dealing with a leaking roof, failed flashing, damaged waterproofing detail or an unexpected building defect, ProFix allows repairs to be carried out in conditions where many conventional products cannot be used.
Suitable for lightly moist and wet surfaces, ProFix provides a practical temporary solution when speed matters. It is water resistant even with prolonged water exposure, and is UV resistant from 1 mm thickness — remaining elastic after curing.
