What Is Rocathaan HotSpray?

Rocathaan HotSpray (PA 260-FR) is a hot-spray applied, aromatic 100% pure polyurea waterproofing coating used to create seamless waterproof membranes across commercial roof areas.

The system is solvent-free with 100% volume solids and a VOC content of 0 g/kg. It is designed for projects where spray application of a seamless, fully bonded waterproofing membrane is required across large commercial roof areas.

The TDS confirms HotSpray is developed as a seamless roofing system for both new and existing roofs, and is suitable for polyurethane spray foam and other substrates, subject to assessment and preparation.

System suitability depends on substrate condition, surface preparation and project requirements. Contact Forti Nova for technical review before specification.

Why Polyurea?

Spray-applied polyurea creates a seamless, fully bonded membrane across the complete roof area — eliminating the joints, laps and seams where many waterproofing systems most commonly fail.

Seamless Membrane

No joints, laps or seams across the entire roof area. The spray application forms a single continuous membrane from edge to edge.

Complex Detailing

Spray application achieves continuous membrane coverage at penetrations, upstands, rooflights and perimeter details within the same application.

Fully Bonded System

HotSpray bonds directly to the prepared substrate. The TDS confirms the system is suitable for both new and existing roofs, subject to substrate assessment and preparation.

Commercial Applications

Designed for large commercial roof areas. The spray application method creates a continuous polyurea membrane across the full extent of the roof.

Large Uninterrupted Areas

Spray application is suited to large flat roof areas, delivering consistent membrane coverage without the constraints of sheet width.

Refurbishment & New Build

HotSpray is developed as a seamless roofing system for both new and old roofs. System suitability depends on substrate condition and assessment.
